December Mortgage Payment Competition Terms and Conditions

The promoter is: CH Mortgages NW Ltd 15225821 whose registered office is at Commodore House, 51 Conway Road, Colwyn Bay, Conwy, United Kingdom, LL29 7AW

The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of CH Mortgages NW Ltd their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

There is no entry fee to enter this competition.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. Buy to Let purchases and remortgages, and residential remortgages are excluded from this competition.

Closing date for entry will be 5pm GMT on the 24th December 2025. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

You must complete on your residential purchase where your mortgage was secured via CH Mortgages NW Ltd between 9am GMT 1st January 2025 and 5pm GMT 24th December 2025 to be entered into the competition.

10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

12. The prize is as follows:

Your December 2025 mortgage payment up to the value of £1000.

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

13. Winners will be chosen:

At random by an independent adjudicator or panel of judges appointed by the Promoter

14. The winner will be notified by Direct Message on Facebook and within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

15. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.

16. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

17. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

18. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

19. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection/GDPR legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

21. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

22. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to CH Mortgages NW Ltd and not to any other party. • For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to CH Mortgages NW LTD whose Instagram handle is @chmortgagesnw. The "Prize" refers to 1 X Ring Doorbell
• By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 8pm on 30/09/2024 One (1) winner in Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland) will be selected at random by The Promoter on 01/10/2024 and the winner will be notified on or after this date.

• The Promotors competitions with entry via Instagram and/or Facebook are open only to residents of Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland). One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all entrants and across all platforms.
• No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
• Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.
• Employees of The Promoter are not eligible to enter.
• Instagram or Facebook are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.
• Only one entry per person per competition will be accepted.
• Each entrant shall enter the competition via Instagram by tagging another Instagram user in the comments of the specified post by @chmortgagesnw and following this Instagram profile.
• The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner who has entered on Instagram, using a random number generator. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
• The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
• Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
• The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
• The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
• The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promotor after the winner has been selected.
